Safety and Your Credit Card

Safety and confidentiality are our top concerns when we collect your personal information for payment, and we know they're important to you as well. We've partnered with CyberSource, a popular and premier international payment gateway, to process credit card orders and ensure your security. We also use payer authentication for credit cards - Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and Amex Safekey to provide you with additional protection, if your credit card has enrolled in this authentication process.

We have made ourselves compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DDS). We use an array of electronic and physical security measures to protect your personal data. We utilise the industry standard SSL Secure socket layer technology to encrypt all sensitive information such as your personal information and credit card details, ensuring Authentication, Encryption and Data Integrity.

Your security is the most importance to us, and we are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest security at all times.

Our site is verified by Norton, the most recognized security certificate in the world.

International Customs and Duties

On international orders, the entire value of your items will be stated on the outside of the package. All customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind that customs processing may lengthen delivery time of your package, as it is at the sole discretion of the customs agents to release your items. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs, duties and taxes you may have to pay.

Currency Conversions

If you are shopping with us from Singapore, Hong Kong/Macau, Indonesia and Malaysia, your order will be billed in your respective local currency and the amount will equal what is shown on your checkout page. If you are in India, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh or Nepal, you will be billed in US Dollars (USD). We are currently hard at work on pricing all stores in your local currency, but for now your issuing bank will determine the exchange rate. It should closely follow market exchange rates, which can be found here. Please note that your credit card company may charge you additional fees for an international payment.

Adding Items to Cart

As you shop with us, it's easy to add items to your cart. Select the quantity, size, or colour as needed, depending on the item, and click Add to Cart. All your selected items will be ready for check out when you are.

To make sure all your items are saved in your cart, please check that cookies are enabled on your browser. A cookie is a bit of data sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer. Sometimes your browser is set to reject cookies, in which case your items will not be saved in the cart. Enable cookies to make sure your equipment stays in your cart.

Need a minute to make up your mind? You can save items using Save for Later. For both these options, please select the quantity, size or colour as required. Then select Save for Later. This option saves the item for you so you can come back later for a second look.

No Reservations Policy

When shopping, and using any of the above three options – Add to Cart, Save for Later – your items will not be reserved until you complete payment. To lock down your gear, please proceed to check-out. The item will be fully yours once you've entered your payment information, clicked on Place Order and have received the first confirmation e-mail.

All your selections will be listed there, and from this page, you can still add items, edit your current items for colour or quantity, or remove items. You can also return to the product details pages. When you're ready click on Checkout to secure your gear! You will be able to review your order before proceeding to payment.

Checkout

Checkout is a quick process. To complete your purchase:

  1. Sign in to your existing SunriseClick account, create a new account, or check out as guest.
  2. Input your Shipping Address. If you are in Singapore, Hong Kong/Macau, Indonesia or Malaysia, your shipping address will be within your respective country, as you can only ship within the country you are located. For India, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh and Nepal, you will be billed in USD and you can ship within any of these countries. Check out our Shipping policy for more information.
  3. Please select your payment method. Input your Billing Address. This address should match the credit card address your bank has on file. We accept billing addresses from: Singapore, Hong Kong/Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh and Nepal.
  4. Review your order. At this stage of checkout, you will see all relevant charges and your final total. We are always on the lookout for ways to bring down shipping costs. If you have hit the free shipping minimum spent, shipping is free!
  5. At this point you will be sent to our external payment vendor. Input your Credit Card or Paypal account information. We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards, Visa and MasterCard debit cards, and Paypal accounts for payments in USD, HKD, and SGD.
  6. Once your order is complete you will be redirected back to SunriseClick. Watch out for two e-mail afterwards, one immediately after submitting your order, with an order confirmation number, and one a couple of days later when your order ships.

Important Verification

To make your ordering process faster, please do several checks while placing your order. Make sure your billing address and contact information are exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. For shipping information, ensure that address, city, country and zip code are correct. If any of this information does not match the bank or shipper information, we may have to contact you, causing a small delay. The faster you get your gear, the faster you can get back on the court.

Modifying an Order

We work fast here at SunriseClick, so once a payment has been processed, we get straight to work at filling and shipping your order. Because we want to get the gear to you as soon as we can, it is not possible to modify or cancel any part of an order once it has been confirmed. This includes cancelling an order, changing details like size or quantities, or the shipping/delivery address.

Track My Gear

We ship most orders within two business days of purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping times vary, so we want to be sure you can track your gear. Sign up for a SunriseClick account, and you will be able to view your order status and shipping information when you sign in.

Order Confirmation

Once you've placed your order, watch out for two e-mails from us. The first will be sent immediately after purchase. As soon as you click Place Order, a confirmation e-mail will be headed your way with your order number and all your order details. The second e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Please add SunriseClick.com to your safe senders list, so you receive all your information.

International Taxes and Duties

Your country will charge taxes and duties on international orders. These taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility.

General Return Policy

We want our equipment to optimize your game, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your gear, please do the following to return your item to us:

  1. Contact Customer Care (see below) to report your return.
  2. Arrange for the item(s) to be shipped back to us. We suggest you either use the original shipper for your returns, or that you use another service that allows you to track and insure your package until we receive it. We can only issue your refund once we have received the items, so make sure it arrives safely to us!
  3. Please ensure your order number is on the outside of the package and that the returned gear is unused and comes with its original packaging for a full refund. Also include your original invoice in the return.
  4. You will receive the refund in the form of the original payment, but unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes and shipping charges. If you have qualified for free shipping and you return the product, return shipping will be liable to you, and we will refund the value of the good.

Terms and conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original tags (including SunriseClick tags) and packaging must be attached to the item. For example a returned shoe must come with the tags, shoe box, paper wrapping and any free shoe bags (if applicable)
  • Sale and Limited Edition items cannot be returned
  • SunriseClick reserves the right to reject any return claim
  • Badminton frames strung by SunriseClick are strictly non-returnable

Store Credit

When you return goods to us we will issue you store credit to make another purchase at SunriseClick.com. You can view your store credit details here

For returns please note:

  • Store credit will be made in the country of the relevant order
  • Store credit will be issued once we receive the goods given they meet our general return criteria
  • Store credit will expire within 30 days of the date of issue

Please note the following terms and conditions related to store credit:

  • Store credit is non-transferable
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Store credit is only valid for purchases made in the country it was issued
  • Store credit will expire on its expiration date and will not be extended

Strung Items

If you selected to have your badminton frame strung by SunriseClick it is non-returnable. This is because we believe that every racquet we sell to our customers must be brand new so once we string a racquet we can no longer sell it to another customer.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the stringing job please contact Customer Care within 3 days of receiving the racquet with a description of why it is unsatisfactory. If we’ve made a mistake we’ll be happy to organise and pay for the racquet to be returned to us and have it restrung and redelivered at no additional cost to you. Unfortunately if the racquet has been used then complaints regarding stringing tension will not be entertained.

Damaged Goods

Don’t worry about product defects or damaged products! Just follow the steps below for your replacement or refund.

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team to begin the investigation process.
  2. If we think the product may be defective we’ll help you to arrange for a pickup of the good back to SunriseClick.
  3. When we receive the goods we will immediately inspect them.
  4. If we find there is a manufacturing defect with the item we will send you a replacement immediately! If no defect is found we will return the product to you.

Terms and conditions for damaged and defective products:

  • All claims will be heavily investigated and are subject to the findings of the investigation
  • Claims must be made within 3 months from the date of receiving the product

Damaged Products (Upon Receiving)

If you have received a damaged item please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order reference number and details of the defect. We will then investigate the cause of the damage and if we find that we have sent a damaged item or the item has been damaged during shipping we will arrange for the items to be picked up and sent back to us. We will then arrange for you to receive a replacement item. Please make sure you hang on to the original packaging, box and receipt. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be on us.

Non-returnable Items

We want you to be fully satisfied, but the following items are non-returnable:

  • Limited Edition items
  • Sale items
  • Free and gifted items
  • Some items like our badminton Japan shoes and racquets come with a return tag. If it is removed, this item is no longer returnable, except in cases of defective products. Please look out for these tags and only remove them when you're sure you want to keep the item.

Different Goods

If you received a different item than what you ordered, you can contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receipt with your order reference number and full details of the item which is different from what you ordered. We will ascertain the reason for the discrepancy. If we find we have made a mistake, we will arrange for the items to be picked up and sent back to us. We will then arrange for you to receive the correct item. Please make sure you hang on the original packaging, box, and receipt. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be on us.

FAQs

Why won't my order or payment go through?

There are several reasons why your order may not be going through:

  1. There may be an authorization failure with your bank - please check with your local bank to verify the status of your credit card or check on your PayPal account status.
  2. There might be a difference in the billing address between the one you entered and the one on your credit card. Make sure there aren't any typing errors or small differences between the two addresses - the billing address should match your bank records exactly.
  3. If you are still having problems after verifying all this information, make sure your web browser is up-to-date, and please contact Customer Care (see below). We'll be happy to help you work it out.

Please click Place Order only once, to avoid multiple purchases. If your payment doesn't go through the first time, Contact Us (see below) for more information.

Why was I charged twice upon placing my order?

If the charge shows up twice right after you order, this is a pending charge for bank authorization. Banks regularly practice this during credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This double charge will clear once your card is charged for real when your order ships. Please contact your bank with any questions, or to verify the charge.

What's My Size?

Do letters in the product label such as JP, SP or IP indicate any difference in levels of quality?

You may have heard that there's a difference in product quality, depending on whether a product label has an IP, JP or SP in it, but we're here to put that rumour to rest - there's no difference! Those letters are internal production codes that don't indicate or affect the quality of the product.

I really want an item, but it's sold out. What can I do?

You've chosen a popular item of ours! For regular items, contact us and we can notify you when it becomes available again. For limited edition items, next time, grab it quickly! These are exclusive and usually only have one big sale run.

Why can't I access the store?

We currently operate in these countries/areas: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong/Macau, India, Brunei, Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, Philippines, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. For now, if you're outside of these countries/areas, unfortunately the store is unavailable. But, you can still check out what your favourite athletes are up to and use the exclusive game-changing badminton tips in the SCBA. We hope to serve you sometime in the future!

Why have my items disappeared from My Cart?

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you provided during the check-out process. Watch that e-mail for confirmation once your order is processed and again when it is shipped out.

Does order confirmation mean order shipped out?

An order confirmation means we have received your order and are processing it. Watch out for our second e-mail that notifies you when your gear has been shipped.

Where do you ship?

Currently, all orders except for Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Singapore. We are working hard to localise shipping, to minimise shipping costs for you in the future.

We ship to the following countries/areas: Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong/Macau, Indonesia, India, Brunei, Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.

When will my order ship?

We will process your order within 1 working day of receiving it (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Singapore Public Holidays), and send it out as soon as possible. Please note if you have chosen to have a racquet strung this will add extra stringing time. Our current stringing times are displayed on racquet product pages as well as on the cart page.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been processed?

We work fast here at SunriseClick, so once a payment has been processed, we get straight to work at filling and shipping your order. Our main goal is getting your goods to you as fast as we can, so it is not possible to modify your order, including cancellations, additions, size changes or changes to your shipping address once it has been confirmed.

Why was my order cancelled by SunriseClick?

In the unlikely event that something you ordered sold out or became unavailable, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to explain the situation. If you ordered other items, you can still receive the rest of the order. These cancellations are rare, and we do everything we can to make sure that this doesn't happen.

Can I return items on sale?

With the great deals we offer on sales items, the purchases are final.

How are returns processed?

Our return process is fast and easy - we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please see our Return and Exchange policy here to return an item.

Will I have to pay international duties and taxes?

Your country will charge taxes and duties on international orders. These taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility.

If I refuse my order upon delivery, what happens?

If you refused the shipment from SunriseClick upon delivery, we will refund you the value of the product. However, you are responsible for shipping charges back to us and any import fees, duties and or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount would be deducted from your merchandise refund. Because these shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount, if the return shipping fees exceed the value of the merchandise, you would not receive a refund.

I haven't received my order yet, even though the status says it has been delivered.

If the status says delivered, it is likely that someone near you has signed off on it. Check with neighbours, family, flatmates, or apartment security personnel to see if anyone has collected it for you or contact the courier company directly to see who signed for it. If it is still not located, please contact the Customer Care (see below) team.

If my item is damaged, how do I return it?

We are sorry that you received a damaged product! Please contact us immediately regarding the damaged good with your order reference number at hand. Then, please send us photographs, your order reference number and a description of the damaged item(s) within 14 days to customercare@sunriseclick.com. We will begin an investigation to figure out why it arrived to you damaged. If we determine that it was caused in transit or on our end, we will arrange for the item to be picked up, send you a replacement item, and refund your original customs payments.

Alternatively, if the package appears severely damaged upon delivery, don't accept the package from the courier and contact us immediately with your order number to let us know what happened.

I have received a different good from what I have ordered. Can I replace it?

If you received a different item than what you ordered, you can contact our Customer Care (see below) team within 14 days of receipt with your order reference number and full details of the item which is different from what you ordered. We will ascertain the reason for the discrepancy. If we find we made a mistake, we will arrange for the items to be picked up and sent back to us and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. Please make sure you hang on to the original packaging, box, and receipt. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be on us.

Does SunriseClick have any physical stores?

SunriseClick has no physical locations but we’re online 24/7!

How do I know your products are authentic?

SunriseClick and Sunrise & Co are part of the Sunrise Group which has been the sole-distributor for Yonex products in many countries in Asia for over 30 years.

All our products will come with both a Yonex hologram and a Sunrise hologram that will allow you to confirm that they are authentic. If you would like to verify the authenticity of your products, you can take them to your nearest authorized Yonex distributor. They will use the hologram for verification, using a card that detects the watermarks and hidden images or an authentic Yonex sticker. We also use these holograms to authenticate returns, so make sure the hologram sticker has not been tampered with or removed if you are returning a product to us.

I have a voucher code, where can I use it?

Valid voucher codes can be entered and applied at the cart page.

Please note that only one code can be used per purchase and codes may not be valid with certain promotions. Furthermore some codes may be linked to your SunriseClick account and therefore you will be required to login before being able to use the code.

Is it safe to give you my credit card information?

Yes, we make it a priority to ensure that your information is completely secure with us. We have measures in place to protect your information against alterations and misuse. We authenticate and encrypt your sensitive personal information, including credit card number and billing address. As additional security, we do not store your credit card information - we pass all information on to our payment providers immediately, using secure methods.
